To Transfer or Not to Transfer

November marks the last day to withdraw. It’s past mid terms and most students have registered for Spring semester already. At this point in the semester, there may be college students thinking of transferring. They may be asking whether they want to come home...or go away. They may not be sure they are in the right major. These questions are common and can actually be a helpful process to go through. Before starting another semester, students should consider whether they want to continue investing into that school or major. The further a student gets into a specific major the harder the classes are to transfer. Many schools are still accepting applications for Spring and it’s not too late to transfer. By taking time to consider options, students can find peace of mind if they decide to stay or can save time and money if they decide to make a change.
